When you wake up, enjoy coffee on the covered and fanned lanai. Our spacious lanai features full sliding doors that give you a true indoor-outdoor experience. Lounge poolside while the kids play in the heated saltwater pool. Grill outside and eat in the outdoor dining area or just sit on the couches outside and watch TV while enjoying the weather. Use the shower on the lanai after a long day on the beach.
Our open floor plan offers a full living room that opens to the lanai. The house features a kitchen nook which also opens to the lanai as well as a larger more formal dining room. Off the kitchen area is a family room with TV and seating and a den with a sleeper sofa.
Your home away from home features 4 bedrooms, each with a closet and television, and a ceiling fan. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, pool toys, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, and more! Just bring your swimsuit and the suntan lotion!
Remote worker? Work from the lanai using our high-speed internet.
While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home, once you venture out of the neighborhood, you are close to beaches, a waterpark, wildlife refuges, shopping, and restaurants. The Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum is a must. For baseball fans, the winter training camps of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are just 20 minutes away. The Disney parks are about 3 hours away.

Sue Larson Rentals has safety protocols in place in line with both CDC and WHO guidance and recommendations. We already had high standards for cleanliness and now our professional cleaners have incorporated additional strict cleaning and sanitation procedures including sanitizing TV remotes, doorknobs, cabinet handles and all other frequently touched items.
In addition we have contactless entry upon arrival.
