Sunny, bright home furnished with everything you need for a great vacation relaxing by
the saltwater pool while taking in beautiful water views. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3
baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms.
The home will easily accommodate families, couples or singles traveling together.
Home features a well equipped kitchen, spacious living room w/ 65” smart TV, and
dining room overlooking the pool area. All home furnishings and decor were updated in
November, 2021, and are continually being added and refreshed, as needed.
The spacious screened pool area includes a solar and electrically heated saltwater pool,
a covered patio with TV, ceiling fans, pool lounge chairs, a comfortable sectional and a
dining table with extension for seating six-eight people. New gas grill for outdoor
cooking.
Walk down to the private dock to fish or sunbathe or take your boat on a Gulf adventure.
By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great
restaurants, SunSplash Waterpark, Cape Coral Marina, Caloosahatchee Amphitheater
and easy access to Southwest Florida airport. *** Boat lift not available for use.
The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens,
towels, beach towels, laundry & bath soap, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, cooler, beach
chairs, weber gas grill, etc.
Large primary bedroom features king bed, walk-in closet, ¾ bath and sliders out to pool
and lanai. Spacious 2 nd bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet, sunny water views and
directly across hall from full bath with double sinks and door to lanai. Third bedroom has
twin beds, and ½ bath ensuite. There is also a Queen hide-a-bed in the family room
area. All bedrooms feature flat screen smart TVs, overhead ceiling fans, spacious
closets, and extra linens.

In addition, we have contactless entry upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
