Sue Larson Rentals has safety protocols in place in line with both CDC and WHO guidance and recommendations. We already had high standards for cleanliness and now our professional cleaners have incorporated additional strict cleaning and sanitation procedures including sanitizing TV remotes, doorknobs, cabinet handles and all other frequently touched items.

In addition we have contactless entry upon arrival.

 

This west facing home provides BREATHTAKING SUNSETS and spectacular water views.The sun goes down over the 250-foot wide canal just off the lanai. A typical canal in Cape Coral is only 80 feet wide so this is truly a dream location!  

 

The lanai’s plush outdoor seating is the perfect area for you to watch the fish and rays play in the water, read a book or sip a beverage.  Don’t miss hiking and biking through the beautiful neighborhood or walk down to your private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico!

 

The perfect day doesn’t end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim or soak in the hot tub.

 

Once inside, the home is very bright and sunny with its upscale coastal decor. It features 3 large bedrooms all with Tvs. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa and 2 baths.  The layout would be perfect for families or friends traveling together.

 

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, kayaks, bikes, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
