Sue Larson Rentals has safety protocols in place in line with both CDC and WHO guidance and recommendations. We already had high standards for cleanliness and now our professional cleaners have incorporated additional strict cleaning and sanitation procedures including sanitizing TV remotes, doorknobs, cabinet handles and all other frequently touched items. In addition,  we have contactless entry upon arrival.

Decorated in a tropical decor, this home faces southwest for sunny days and great sunsets.

This is a home away from home, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc.

The living room features  disappearing glass sliding doors, leading to the lanai and pool with the swim up table! The family room is large and comfortable with a 60 inch Smart TV complete with Netflix.

The  master bedroom suite features a custom designed, walk in shower with 2 overhead rain shower heads. The other 2 bedrooms feature 4 twin beds with the option to convert the twins to king beds. The  guest bath features a jetted tub.

This vacation home is in a premier neighborhood of Palaco Grande, nicknamed the 'Gold Coast' because of its beauty and exceptionally wide canals close to the river. It is great for walking and bike riding with mature royal palm trees and tropical plants lining the streets. Close to shopping, beaches, golf and dozens of restaurants.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100 % (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.

Stays shorter than a week subject to a higher daily rate. Electric allowance of $35 per week, any overages to be deducted from the $300 security deposit at $.12 per KWH as verified by the electric company
