Located in an attractive neighborhood in SE Cape Coral,  Villa 5 offers not only Gulf access but a sunny bright home furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. Nothing spells "Florida lifestyle" more than relaxing by the pool while taking in beautiful water views. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a very well equipped kitchen, spacious living room and  dining room overlooking the pool area.  Brand new furnishings and decorations were added in November, 2021, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere.

The spacious pool area includes an electrically heated saltwater pool, a covered patio with TV, a comfortable sectional and a dining table with extension for seating six-eight people. There is  new propane weber  grill for cooking SW Florida seafood for dinner and plenty of space to set up the lounge chairs. You can also use the boat dock for sunbathing purposes. 

Walk down to the private dock  to fish or or sunbathe or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great restaurnats, shopping and outlet malls.

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
