We already had high standards for cleanliness and now our professional cleaners have incorporated additional strict cleaning and sanitation procedures including sanitizing TV remotes, doorknobs, cabinet handles and all other frequently touched items.

In addition we have contactless entry upon arrival.

Spend your days relaxing on the lanai, fishing off the huge dock, swimming in the heated pool and biking or walking along the beautiful palm tree lined paths in this neighborhood by the river. At days end, enjoy a grilled dinner outside on the lanai watching the sunset, followed by a relaxing moonlit swim.

Once inside you'll find very spacious, light filled rooms. Both the family room and living room have entire walls of disappearing sliding doors that lead to the screened lanai. The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors out to the lanai and one of the guest rooms features french doors leading to a private deck overlooking the water.

The oversized master suite is on one side of the house with a custom designed, walk in shower. The 3 guest rooms and other 2 bathrooms are perfectly laid out to allow for privacy for all throughout the house.
Its a quick boat or car ride to Sanibel, Captiva and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun parks, restaurants and shops in between.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Stays shorter than a week subject to a higher daily rate. Electric allowance of $35 per week, any overages to be deducted from the $300 security deposit at $.12 per KWH as verified by the electric company
