Waterfront home! Spend your days relaxing on the beautiful lanai with waterfall pool. It's the perfect area to watch the sun rise while having morning coffee, reading a book or sipping a beverage. Don't miss walking and biking through the beautiful neighborhood or walk down to sit or fish on your own private dock. The perfect day doesn't end there, fire up the grill and cook up a delicious dinner, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim listening to your favorite music on the Bluetooth speakers.
Once inside the spacious home, you'll find a very open light and airy feel with glass doors leading to the lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including air fryer, crock pot and hand mixer) with dining area, a big screen TV and comfortable sofas.
This home has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making this the perfect home for 3 couples or large families traveling together! The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed and walk in shower in the large ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, each with their own TVs and attached bathroom. This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation: Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, kayaks, bikes etc., etc, this is truly a home away from home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
